FABNET provides a courteous and convenient in-house customer service department. Our knowledgeable customer service representatives have the capability of utilizing our fully automated planning and control system for real-time part tracking. This allows the customer to receive quick and precise information concerning the status of their part or project, as well as respond to customer's operational dynamics regarding schedule pull-up's/push-out's and order quantity increases or decreases.

FABNET's customer service is structured around a "Program Management" organization where a customer service rep is assigned to each customer account serving as the "quarterback" within the company.
